Common problems and fault phenomena of clutch flower keyboard hub

This part works under high load for a long time and requires frequent sliding, which can easily lead to the following problems:

Spline wear: Due to frequent meshing and sliding, the spline teeth will gradually wear out, resulting in an increase in fit clearance.

Rust/jamming: If the vehicle is parked for a long time or in a humid environment, the splines may rust, causing the clutch plates to fail to slide and separate properly.

The fault symptoms include:

Difficulty shifting: After stepping on the clutch, it is difficult to shift gears and there is a sound of gear impact. This is because the wear or corrosion of the splines leads to incomplete power separation.

Incomplete clutch disengagement: I feel like the clutch pedal is fully pressed, but the car still has a tendency to crawl forward.

Abnormal noise: At the moment of clutch engagement or disengagement, a "click" sound or metal friction sound may be heard, coming from the loose spline fit.

Shaking: Abnormal shaking of the vehicle body during start-up may be related to poor contact of the splines.
